Longleat House Opening

Saturday 26 July to Sunday 31 August 2008

From Saturday 26 July to Sunday 31 August 2008, the tour of Longleat House will be restricted to the ground floor only for conservation reasons.

Guided tours of the whole House will be available at 0900hrs and 0915hrs daily throughout this period with a maximum of 15 people per tour. Pre-booking essential, minimum 24 hours notice. Please note that these tours are subject to availability.

The cost for entry on the pre-booked tour will be covered within the standard Longleat House or Passport Ticket rate (click here for details).

For visitors without a Passport Ticket, Longleat will operate a discounted rate for House and Grounds tickets when the restricted tour route is in operation. This reduced price is only valid during the period that the House is restricted to the ground floor only.

The Passport Ticket price will remain unchanged during this period. Please note that the Passport Ticket does offer you the opportunity to come back to visit the House on any day during the 2008 season (excluding Christmas Day).
